A couple of Fridays ago Matt, Leah and I went mini-golfing with my family at Mulligans. Of course this activity just reinforces what a terrible mini-golfer I am. After the 3rd hole it became apparent that this night would be no different than any other mini-golfing night for me. It seemed like it would take me months to finish the course. Leah tried to help me along, but let's face it, she's no Tiger Woods herself. There were definitely no holes in one for me. Although I feel like I'm due since I've been miniature golfing more this summer than ever before and the last hole in one I had was in March on the 7th hole at this same course. I admit, with my kind of golfing you never know what you're going get. Sometimes I can't hit the broad side of a barn and other times I can sink that baby. Oh well. At the end of the night we tallied up the scores. Let's just say the numbers weren't in my favor, although Matt wrapped up 2nd place!
...Wait for it...
...Wait for it...
...Wait some more for it...
(Did you get my hidden message?I know, it was REALLY hard to figure out.)
As a side note: mini golfing wasn't quite that bad, but the story worked out quite well in getting my hidden message out there, right? I don't think Matt even took second place. I'm not actually sure what place he took. Probably the only true thing in that story, aside from the hidden message, is that we DID go golfing with my family and that I DO stink at it.
