I suppose if your oven got "off" and baked things at a hotter temperature that what it read, you could turn it down by increments of five until it was just right. But that would be implying that their product was faulty. Who knows...Anonymoushttps://www.blogger.com/profile/16092323690627099241noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-6901368220379044426.post-50817174927125987952009-06-24T09:09:12.341-06:002009-06-24T09:09:12.341-06:00I have some rolls that I make that the temperature...I have some rolls that I make that the temperature needs to be at 380, which I have always thought was really weird. What would be funny is to give someone a recipe with a temp like that and make it seem like it was critical. Which means Karey wouldn't be able to make it.Mirienhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/15647673075041766944noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-6901368220379044426.post-44425488073938970942009-06-23T19:48:47.733-06:002009-06-23T19:48:47.733-06:00Very good point about electric ovens. In our new place we have a gas oven, whose knob has degrees in increments of 25, but no way of telling you when the oven is up to temperature. Why, oh, why? :)Kareyhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/00040336462941831870noreply@blogger.com
