One More Day

I'm just glad that tomorrow is another episode of So You Think You Can Dance AND I get to go to Olive Garden. Portobella Ravioli and breadsticks, here I come!

Oh and thank you Shona! For letting me in on the little known world of Rhodes Rolls Scones. They're freaking awesome! Yes I did immediately take two rolls out to thaw and yes they are now sitting in the delighted pit of my stomach. Mmmm...

I'm Probably Thinking Too Much Again

Can someone please tell me why ovens go up in temperature by degrees that run in fives? I'm just wondering if anyone actually uses the temperature of 385 or 410 or 330?

Come on, we all know that we use degrees (whilst cooking) in increments of 25. 300, 325, 350, 375, 400...

Back in the Saddle

So I'm back from Girl's Camp. Surprisingly, I still have about 90% of my sanity in place.

Also, Matt told me yesterday that the raspberry bush in our front yard is finally starting to show fruit. I checked today, and he wasn't joking! The little berries aren't big or ripe yet (I had to try one, and then one more after that just for good measure), but they are there. And they are going to be delicioso!

The Last To Figure It Out

I think I may be the last person in the Salt Lake Valley to have tried IKEA'S SWEDISH MEATBALLS. However, on the off chance that I'm not, I have to say this:

TRY THESE MEATBALLS!

You most certainly will not regret it, especially if you cover them in IKEA'S GRAVY. Mmmmm...
